For my special needs granddaughter
We bought it for our special needs granddaughter who is 19, but we wanted her to have an animal she could sleep with that would remind her of her Pop & Granny. We named him Gabe after Gabriel the Angel and told her he would help us always be with her. He’s weighted so he feels like a real dog and we also bought one of those heart pulsing little things you give puppies and put that up in his chest. So he has a heartbeat too! We hope she loved it as much as we did!

Great for cramps
My daughter uses this to help with cramps. We throw it in the microwave and heat it up and it provides her both physical and emotional comfort. This is our second one and I’m thinking about buying another to have just in case.

Beware of melting!
I wanted to love this. I really did. The first week I had it, part of the leg material melted in the microwave -- for the record, I did not overheat it. And my spouse got burned after taking it out of the microwave. Beware if you have small children! Just make sure it's not melting anywhere before you give it to them. The smell didn't last very long either. I love it as a weighted stuffed animal, but that's about it. For the money, not a great value when it melted.
