Heavy duty construction, thick and comfortable seat and back foam, easy adjustments. Only thing I didn’t like is the covers for the leg curls. They seem cheaply made.

Easy to assemble, durable. Used daily by my family.

Very well made, would recommend for people over 5’10”.

Day one easy instal instructions are ok. The dimensions that are given are not correct this unit when laying flat is 65 inches long 21inches tall to the top of the bench when flat. Width is 22.5inches at the widest point which is the feet. Not really any wobble feels sturdy but not as good as a $400 bench from a brand like body solid. This is not easy to fold up and roll away. Once you build it that's the size it will be. I will update after using it for a few weeks of workouts. Overall it's not a bad bench just wish it was the actual dimensions that were quoted on the listing.

I have had the bench for a couple weeks now. It is a nice solid feeling bench which is good for me because I’m 6 foot and 240 pounds so I’m not a small guy. I love the adjustment brackets for the angles, and they are very sturdy and secure. It was very easy to assemble took less than 20 minutes. There are a couple downsides, however. The preacher pad is very wobbly if you have it up on one of the higher settings, even with the knob tighten completely down. The pad is also very small so it’s uncomfortable to try and use both arms at the same time. Also, the padded bars for the leg extension are too small. I had to replace them with longer bars so that it was comfortable to use. The adjustable stabilizer feet are not very good. If you move the bench around at all, they loosen up and then the bench gets wobbly. Going to remove them and just get some rubber pads for the feet which should make it much sturdier. With just those couple small modifications, I see this being a bench I can use for a long time. All in all very happy with it especially in the price range that it is.After having the bench for several months I came back to drop from 4 stars to 3. The leg extension is useless. Your knee is supposed to be in line with the pivot point for the exercise but to do that I have to move so far off the pad it’s painful and unstable. If the pad was a couple inches wider and a little bit closer to the pivot point it would make a huge difference.
