I love the idea of using different mushrooms to support health and wellness. Cordyceps is on such mushroom that is supposed to be effective at supporting your wellness endeavors. I took this entire bottle over one month; while I can't definitely say that they changed anything in my health and wellness, I can say that they seem like this is a good option for your cordyceps supplementation needs or wants. They are well dosed, well made, and available at a fair price.

Positive that the container listed the manufacture of this product (Evolve) and that Evolve does check out as a NSF GMP Supplier. I have requested third-party testing results. Waiting for reply.When will suppliers be required to document that what they claim is in supplements is actually in the supplements? Standards are needed.

I take all kinds of mushroom derived supplements but *technically* cordyceps isn't one of them. I guess you could make an argument that it is--mushrooms are fungi after all. As I had it explained to me a couple of years back, cordyceps is a parasitic fungus that grows on the larva of insects. As gross as that might sound, the fungus has been used in Eastern medicine for centuries. It's used today for many of the same reasons it was used 'back in the day'. These include anti-oxidant/anti-inflammatory properties as well as benefiting your immune system and energy level. As with any supplement 'your mileage may vary' but I know I feel better when I take this than when I don't.The important thing about any supplement is the quality of production and this checks all of the boxes. It's made in the US of pure cordyceps fungus, is USDA certified organic and doesn't have any problematic additives (eg: soy, gluten, artificial ingredents, etc.). It's a supplement that does things the 'right way'. Recommended.
