Well built bike, feels confident while riding. Plenty of power but set up in a way that it is rideable. Many E-bikes will allow riders to decelerate uncontrollably in an unsafe way, not this bike. It accelerates smoothly & predictably.

Very well made, great quality. Well packaged, arrived with no shipping issues. Arrived on time. One hour and a half to put together (30 minutes to remove the protective packaging), instructions satisfactory. I'm very happy with my purchase.Tools were included to assemble. But since I had the experience to be able assemble without any difficulty, it could be a little difficult for someone without the experience of putting bicycles together.I purchased and put it together for my wife. It's easy to adjust both the seat height and the handlebars height. After charging the battery for about 3 hours, she took it for her first ride. It's easy to operate, and the disk brakes work well. Having front and rear lights included and working off of the bicycle battery, is a great thing to have, since you never have a dead battery in your lights. She quickly got comfortable riding the bike, and probably will be riding it almost every day from now on.

Nice little bike, but the front fender drags the front tire, the arms are not long enough on the front fender. If the battery is locked in position, then you turn off the key and take it with you when you leave. Instead, anyone who walks by without a key can simply turn on the control box and ride away. No way to get any help with problem. Before you buy this brand, just try to contact their customer support.

Both the User Manual and the online videos are of little help. I was able to put it together by trial and error—but I have figured it out and I have really enjoyed riding the bike!The most complicated issue was trying to figure how to mount the metal bracket that the battery slides onto and locks the battery in place. The manual and videos do not EVEN mention this. But I believe I have it figured out now.Bike is heavy, but manageable. Rides really well.

This e-bike gets it. Have not had it that long so don’t know about longevity of the bike and the battery life. It is a heavy bike. It definitely has a lot of power!

I previously purchased a Jetson Bolt Pro ebike for my son but he wanted a larger one to replace it. He personally selected the EUY ebike because it has 20” x 3” tires, a 48 volt - 15 Amp hour battery and a top speed of 28 mph. The bike arrived as quoted by Amazon and my driveway alert and plethora of cameras captured the delivery so I could nullify any potential porch pirates. We’ve taken the bike for a few rides and it performs perfectly. I highly recommend it.

My wife and I love our EUY electric bikes we ride them around everywhere! I can get up to 25-30mph which was exactly what I was looking for! Highly recommend for anyone considering a E-Bike!

Installation manual and video so bad. Doesn't mention that you have to take bracket out of battery and install on bike so it can slide in. Is very tight fit. The horn is a child bike horn. There are no turn signals. The video doesn't mention to install the kick stand before everything else. The front fender rub a lot. I try adjusting it but decided to completely removed it. The rear is tough to install. Will need two people to hold to frame to install bolt. Bike should be worth $450 vs $799Update: Tires are not 20" x 4" It is 20" x 3"
