Can you paint over this with masonry painlt

Yes- we have with no problem, inside conservatory wall and outside on another wall

can this work painted to a damp stone basement floor prior to laying insulated board?

They is a better vandex than that which is ready mixed for that purpose

Really works a tanking slurry

I have used this product for years. Its never failed. Gives good waterproofing for basements and cellars.

vandex BB75 Tanking Slurry

I have applied this product to old stone house basement wall to stop water penetration under pressure , it hasn't made any difference at all. From my experience of these type problems the best way by far is to excavate externally and put a waterproof membrane against the wall and then back fill with gravel.
