Absolutely love the sanitized knives after usage.
BOTTOM LINE:1. I recommend this Charmline cutting board knife set.2. The current price of ~$130 is a bit high.LIKES:- UV sterilization of the knives and cutting boards. This is one of my top requirements in my kitchen. This unique cutting board knife set not only dries, but sanitizes my knives and cutting boards. I love it.- Doesn't take up a lot of space all things considered, due to the design. Very cool.DISLIKES:- None.

This Charmline Smart Cutting Board Set is great. I love the cutting boards being stored right next to the knives. The block that holds all the knives and cutting boards is slender and slides right up to the wall nicely. I'm comforted knowing that any chicken, beef, or pork contaminants are removed by the technology. It states, "uses a built-in purple light that reduces 99.99% of nasty surprises hidden on cutting boards and blades." In the past, I've always used bleach to clean these items, but that started causing headaches. This is a great alternative to using chemicals to sanitize the knives and cutting boards.
