Nice slick kit. You won't be able to fit a large amount of stuff in there but it also means it won't get in the way as easily as a much larger pouch. The small holes for strings at the bottom allows for some nice customization. Not unlike the picture I put an tourniquet at the bottom of mine.

Nice pouch but on the small side. PALs webbing is VERY thin and doesn't attach very securely due to its design. Pouch construction is solid however and is very durable. No flaws other than the weird shaped PALS webbing and how it secures. Overall, its a nice little pouch though and good for a minimal/ low drag IFAK of needed.

This is an.. homage.. to the blue force gear ifak pouch. It works pretty much the same way: attach the sleeve to your belt or plate carrier, and then stuff the inner pouch into it. As opposed to the "micro" model, this one deploys by pulling it out vertically. The inner pouch is held in place by elastic and a small velcro patch. This method holds surprisingly well, it takes a determined yank to get it out. Because of this, it's a good idea to mount it on the front of your belt or plate carrier (even upside down would work). The pouch will hold quite a lot of first aid items (again, this is not the "micro" model, so it's got a bit of room) but not so much to be excessively bulky.Bottom line: if you're needing an ifak pouch, and this design appeals to you, grab it! You'll not be sorry.
