Cogito Fit Silicon Watch - Black/Gold

The instruction manual is limited in information. The watch I purchased illuminates randomly and does not function properly.The worst fact is that the customer service based in Asia has a very poor response rate, and when they do reply ( via Email ) they cannot offer a satisfactory solution. To-date I have sent over twenty emails and still no satisfaction or remedy to the problems with this device.Steer clear for your own sanity.I have been asking the manufacturer for spare plug ins ( the gold coloured insert) for 3 weeks now, without success.Please do not buy this product as the customer service is non existent.
