Used this initially to prevent a sacral pressure sore from worsening. The sore has healed and no new one has appeared. Been using it for 12 hours a day for 5 weeks, so I believe it is well worth the money

Absolutely amazing! My husband had suffered from pain when sitting (even on a cushion) but this has improved things 100%. Really useful, especially when sitting on hard surfaces such as benches. So good I bought a second one for the car. Highly recommended!

I had spinal surgery about 18 months ago and my body has been very slow healing itself. I still get pain and discomfort around my coccyx when I'm sat down for too long (difficult when you have other health conditions which mean you can't get yourself up and mobile as much as you'd like). I felt like I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. I have a range of different cushions around "my seat" on the sofa and use them all to get my body into a position that doesn't cause any further pain or helps alleviate any pain I might be in. But the coccyx pain continued so I bought one of these cushions. As an interim method of relief this cushion did it's job - but - the cover is horrid. It's a stretchy, thin, man-made/nylon type cover which really irritates the skin if you don't cover it with something else. I ended up wrapping the whole cushion in a soft towel but will be looking for a different zipped cover that will fit the foam insert.My only other gripe is that I am rather well endowed in the rear department and this cushion really could do with being about another couple of inches wider on both sides. I did know the measurements before I purchased but went for it anyway because a larger/wider option wasn't available. Maybe that's something the makers could look into.Otherwise, I have to admit that the cushion did what I wanted it to do. It took the pressure off my coccyx and allowed the pain to disperse and for my tailbone region to settle down again. I'm keeping the cushion nearby for when I need it and it will be my go-to when I have coccyx pain flare ups in the future.

Bought to replace my tired old coccyx cushion, but too big for the car seat. Took it with me to look at my new (2nd hand) scooter, and it worked really well. I recently went to Swithland Woods to try out my scooter in peace, and had no issues at all with my cushion in place. It does need some velcro or somesuch to keep it in place, so maybe the designers could replace the cover with a non slip backed one. It would also work as a chair cushion to improve pressure relief and/or air circulation. Very happy with it.

Bien, mais un peu déçue à l'usage. Je pensais qu'il serait plus confortable. Une longue pause assise finit par écraser la mousse. Elle reprend forme rapidement. La mousse manque de densité. La housse est de couleur grise légèrement chinée. Lavable apparemment mais je ne l'ai pas encore fait. Fabrication anglaise d'après l'étiquette.
