Rough plastic martial arts kick board.
Good quality break board fir Karate and other Martin arts. Tough plastic which takes a pounding and is easily re-connected fir the next kick/punch. This one is fir the more experienced martial artist, (Dan) with a higher degree of skill and power needed to break it. You can also buy easier versions, for lower gups/grades of student. They have the advantage over wooden boards of being re-usable for many years rather then a one-off use. Granted over time, the joint will weaken but then you can let lower grade students use this one and buy a new one. Win-win!

Super
Great boards, the black board is very much breakable with hands despite some saying its impossible and you don't need great conditioning either just the correct tech/focus. I'm slim and I can break it from12 inches away(the black)... white ones easy and I use it for short range and different hand areas

Best Rebreakable Boards on the Market
I can't say enough good things about these boards. I am from the US and have to special order these from England. They don't produce any boards of this strength in America anymore. I have been in Taekwondo 29 years and have been breaking with these types of boards the entire time. Best thing about these boards is that you can stack them together so you can practice breaks that would be the equivalent to seven, eight, or nine boards. Three of these boards, brand new, would be about the same as eight or nine real wooden boards (wood varies around the word). These boards do loosen over time as they are used. We buy a new set at our gym roughly every ten years. We still use some that are close to forty years old. Those still have the strength of roughly 70% of a real wooden board. Finally, the most common complaint is see online is how these boards are either too hard to break or unbreakable. I assure you this is not the case. For serious power breaking you do need proper technique. However, these boards can still be used for those still on the path toward developing proper technique. Just slide these board apart as needed and put them in the board holder. In other words, only put them half together. This way, even small children can use them to practice their breaking.

Unbreakable?
It looks fine and the pad is effective. However I found this completely unbreakable for an adult. I had got it for my 10 ye son who is doing martial arts, but I sent it back.

Rubbish
Bought 2… 25 natural and 80 black.Black unable to break. Or even slide apart. ReturnedWhite/natural is pretty good. But only after sanding down the surface. It had a sharp ‘dimple’ protruding out of the surface. Perfectly adequate after I’d sanded it, but disappointing to pay this much money and have to do this DIY before safe to use.
