Well worth the money
This is an excellent book that will give you direction and a plan to follow. Finding new clients is a never ending task and one that is not most sales peoples favorite thing to do. This system is the most human I've seen--both for the sales professional and the potential client. Mr Burg is very generous with his advise and also provides several sources of information and services so that you can immediately start to put things in motion and none of it is costly. His system is not only makes sense business wise, it's a genuine way to relate to people. What really impressed me the most is his philosophy. He believes that what goes out must come back. The proof is in the reviews and his own success. Lately there seems to be some sort of new business plan out there that says it's smart to write a book with no real information in it, but just a sales pitch for your seminar. They give you 75% of the system or information, but not the whole thing as advertised. This makes the reader feel had--you've just spent $15 to be pitched to and the book isn't worth the paper it's written on. This is NOT one of those books. Enless Referrals is a stand alone reference that gives you everything you need. After reading it I would go to one of Mr Burg's seminars because I am sure I would come away with something of value. I don't know what those other authors have coming back, but my guess is that it won't be what they want.

Bob has done what nobody else talks about
This was my first book by bob burg. Its definitley not my last! The overlying theme that I got from reading this book was that you should not just be focused on obtaining sales for just your business, you should be working just as hard to be helping other business owners and sales professionals aquire business as well. And it doesnt have to be necessarily sales that you help people with. You could be helping someone get a job, get into a college, get a promotion, get a grant for an organization or what ever. Bob also said that you should always be helping people without keeping score and make pepole genuinley feel good about themselves. That is such a perfect philosophy and I think its the foundation for any successful business. Bob has put in writing what very few business owners talk about. He has talked about putting others needs before your own.GET THE BOOK!!!

Some excellent take-aways
I'll keep this short and just simply state that there are some real gems in this book. Simple take-aways that are worth knowing (and implementing) that will serve you for a lifetime. In my opinion, these little gems are well worth the price of the book.

Dramatic Shift in My View of Networking
This book gave me a new perspective on networking - something I initially avoided like the plague. Reading this book and considering its insights have helped me see that networking effectively means I actively seek for ways to genuinely add value to people as a means of earning their trust and their referrals without awkwardly pushing my own agenda and feeling guilty or "salesy" while doing it.

Don't depend on this book for any web marketing - it's very dated
For the sales person, this system will help you develop networking skills between you and another human being. But as a guide for web/social marketing, it is not current and very much out of date (2006). I would encourage you to find the most current books on social, email & web marketing to be able to successfully market your services/products via Google, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest & Instagram.

Endless Referrals has taken my business to a whole new level
I just recently finished reading "Endless Referrals" by Bob Burg. Wow. Wow. Wow. As a neophyte in the world of self-employment, the information in this book was to me as water to a desert traveler. The principles are practical, they make sense and - lo and behold - they are 100% workable!!! This book totally changed my overall philosophy on how to approach my everyday personal and business contacts. This alone resulted in a number of referrals and suddendly business has never seemed so effortless. At first I almost felt guilty! I am recommending "Endless Referrals" almost on a daily basis to other business associates and I am now starting my own networking group! These are exciting times! Thank you, Bob Burg!

A complete guide to get a constant stream of referrals
This is one of the most inspiring business books I've read. I read The Go-Giver and The Go-Giver influencers, which I love and recommend to my clients, but now, I’ll recommend this book to them, too. It’s a complete guide to create long lasting business relationships that result in a constant stream of referrals. I have already applied some of the strategies in the book with great results. Plus, as I apply the strategies, I feel great. It feels like it’s the right way to do business. Five stars!

I am a Seasoned Sales Rep
I have sold cars in the 90s and photo copiers in the 2000s Currently and for a very long time I am in Real Estate Sales. At first I was very hesitant and potentially felt the author will offer information I already knew BUT that is not the case. Truly there is so much information that it will need multiple Reads with plenty of notes for me to digest. That is considered a good thing with sales books and sales guidance. Bob Burg hits a homerun by divulging gold nuggets over and over in this book. Albeit I did not need some of the materials offered when I started to re look this over I made it very relevant for my own vocation.Thank you Bob Burg for just having one speed and that is Giving and teaching.

GET THIS BOOK!
I work online and have worked in Network Marketing also. must say that Bob really shows you how to be a seller. A seller of yourself more to the point as when you show what you are worth and give of yourself then you will create endless leads and referrals. I can highly recommend this book if you want much more business and sales REGARDLESS of the the type of business you are in. Proven and highly powerful strategies for selling the right way, it is a must book!Great work Bob!Greg De Tisi

De très bonne idées mais un peu trop délayé
L'approche est intéressante et elle permet de faciliter la démarche commerciale, la construire.Le point de départ est que collectionner des cartes de visites ne marche pas, et par ailleurs, appeler dans le vide, à froid un prospect est psychologiquement pas facile. Pour contourner ces difficultés, l'auteur propose de raisonner différemment et de s'appuyer sur vos connaissances et réseaux existants, et d'apprendre à les développer, les utiliser sans être dans une démarche de "vendeur de savonnette" qui chercher à placer en force son produit.Je fais un seul reproche à l'ouvrage : il se répète, délaye. Cela pourrait tenir en 20 pages. A lire et parcourir, sans avoir peur de sauter les pages quand c'est trop long.

Wonderful book
Bob Burg is a rare human voice in the cold world of business.He advocates advancing in business by putting other's interest in front of ours.His strategies can result, I believe, in both a successful business and a happier life. I'm certainly going to try.
