I got this as a house phone and it’s perfect. Uncomplicated to set up and easy to navigate. Big buttons and loud volume make life easier. Long battery life and emergency button are great

Bought for my elderly Mother in Law. Works well, easy to use with the stored numbers we have set up and the charging cradle is particularly useful for her, where the phone remains docked and kept charged between her use of the phone.

EDITED - 25/01/25 - This phone is rubbish, don't waste your money, mother in law was complaining it wasn't working & we thought it was user error, it's not, can't make a call or receive a call, shocking quality to barely last 3 months, not good when you want the phone for an emergency! I got this phone for my 89 yr old mother in law as her old phone was now not compatible as the 3g network is being turned off. She just needed a simple phone with big buttons to make a call & take call although this phone can send & receive text msgs she doesn't need this. I was super impressed at how easy it was to set up, it only has 2 ring tones but they we loud which is great for the hard of hearing. I love the sos button on the back which can be set up to call a few chosen people in order incase of emergency rather than scrolling through names on the directory. All in all a 5star little phone for a very light user.

First of all the phone works well, I bought it for my elderly mother 9 months ago and it's been reliable, light and good value. The phone is advertised as suitable for seniors, I suppose because it has big buttons, but why include 'multimedia', a flashlight and silent / meeting modes? It's like the developers can't resist tinkering with the features. These are not useful for the target consumer, and are far too easily stumbled across accidentally - certainly by this particular user. Silent/meeting mode is particularly frustrating as it renders the phone practically useless. Also annoying is the 'end-call' button being integrated with the Off button. A fraction of a second too long a press on the red button again renders the phone useless until the next scheduled 'auto-on' kicks-in. (Probably the most useful fancy feature in the circumstances)

As of 8 months ago I require an easy to use big button phone. This model of the with charging unit seemed just right for me. Could replace my bulkier landline phone, save me money in the long term. It can be kept on the charger, has loud bell and squick dialling. It is used only for close family communication, and for the SOS button. When required today the phone failed. It will no longer connect to family or hold a charge. The charger works on my friends phone so definitely my mobile. It is useless. . Now wishing I had investigated more phones s for my age group.

Ho acquistato questo telefonino per mia nonna e devo dire che è stato un ottimo acquisto. Il telefono è molto facile da usare, con tasti grandi e ben visibili, perfetti per chi ha problemi di vista o poca dimestichezza con la tecnologia. Il volume è alto e chiaro, sia in chiamata che per le suonerie, quindi nessun problema anche per chi ha difficoltà uditive. Il display è luminoso e mostra chiaramente i numeri e i messaggi. Un’altra caratteristica molto utile è il tasto SOS, che permette di chiamare automaticamente un numero d’emergenza. Questo dà molta tranquillità sia a chi lo usa sia ai familiari. La base di ricarica inclusa è comoda perché evita l’uso di cavi, spesso complicati per le persone anziane. In generale, è un telefono pratico, sicuro e perfetto per le esigenze di un anziano. Lo consiglio a chi cerca un dispositivo semplice, con funzioni essenziali e un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Muy útil para personas mayores. Números grandes, tono con volumen muy alto y botón para llamar a emergencias directamente. Además tiene radio y un montón de cosas más y es sencillo de utilizar.

Très bon téléphone pour personne ayant des problèmes de vue, d'audition et avec les nouvelles technologies. Acheté pour ma mère de 80 ans ayant des problèmes d'audition entre-autres. Elle n'entendait pas son ancien téléphone sonner si elle n'était pas dans la même pièce. Les touches étaient trop petites pour sa vue. Elle était retissante à l'idée de changer de téléphone mais au final, elle en est ravie. Ce téléphone est vraiment pensé pour ce public. Les touches plus grosses et rétro-éclairées sont bien plus visibles. La sonnerie est très forte, le volume en conversation aussi. La station d'accueil de charge est vraiment pratique. Même si le téléphone tient bien la charge, elle n'a qu'à le poser comme un fixe. Mention spéciale pour le bouton SOS qui émet une alarme sonore d'urgence et contact le numéro que vous aurez choisi sans avoir à le composer. C'est le téléphone parfait pour les séniors qui n'ont pas besoin d'un smartphone. Il est sécurisant autant pour la personne concernée que pour les proches. Prévoir un adaptateur ou d'avoir conservé votre carte SIM et sa carte pour l'ajouter sur votre nano SIM.

Il telefono è molto leggero e la batteria ha una lunga durata, il volume delle suonerie è alto e si possono memorizzare i numeri di telefono su un qualsiasi tasto. Inoltre sul retro c'è un tasto SOS su cui ci si registrano i numeri di emergenza. Per ricaricarlo si può utilizzare sia la basetta che il filo e questo è molto comodo.
