The spoons do not have a very long handles but I was very impressed with how sturdy they are. These are great teaspoons - they are not soup spoon size. They are also very durable and I have been able to wash and reuse some of them in an effort to try to be "greener" and waste less. I like that they are biodegradable and will buy these again for our office in the future. Great everyday spoon.

I was really glad I chose to get these! I have severe depression and no dishwasher, so during low points, I use disposable dishes to help me stay fed without agonizing over washing. But I hated the idea of throwing away so much plastic that wouldn't safety rot in a landfill. With these, I can throw them in the trash and not worry about it (though I do still use them as many times as I can). They're also much better-made than I'd expected; they're stiff but not brittle/crack-prone, safe to microwave, sturdy enough to reuse multiple times, and don't melt in boiling drinks.

I purchased these for kid sack lunches. They hold up well in dishwasher for at least a couple times (we haven’t tried more times), don’t have sharp edges and are inexpensive enough to just let them get thrown away. They seem sturdy enough for most foods, and are fairly strong for plasticware but I wouldn’t try them with frozen solid ice-cream or other hard foods. We prewash them in the dishwasher, just for added piece of mind but they look clean enough right out of the box that the wash is likely not needed.

These spoons are great. Sometimes we wash and reuse them. They last quite a while.

With me being an empty nester I find it easier to use the compostable bowls and spoons for cereal, soup, ice cream or just whatever goes in a bowl! I don’t worry about my leaving a huge plastic mess on this earth! These are great!

Good spoon that you can recycle. I will get these again.

I really like these. They are solid spoons, and don't break easily. Also, as you use them, there is no evidence of them being biodegradable. But, happily, they are. So, I don't have to worry about hauling silverware all over and dragging it back home, or sending it to school with the kids and worrying about if it will come back or not, but I also don't have the guilt about putting more plastic into the landfill.This is a huge box, so it lasts forever, but when it runs out, I order this kind again. I haven't used any others since I discovered these.And they make forks, too! :)

Consiglio a tutti di acquistare i Prodotti compostabili della Transitions2Earth .Indubbiamente la Qualità / Prezzo è molto alta ( 0.04 € / 0.05 € circa per un Cucchiaio che potrebbe valere 0.15 € o più ) .Consiglio questi Cucchiai a tutti !

Sono riuscito solo ora a provarli bene. Sono troppo piccoli vanno bene per un dolce ma non per mangiare come con altri cucchiai normali. Comunque a freddo senza alterare la temperatura non hanno un sapore neutro, si sente il loro sapore cosa che altre plastiche usa e getta di qualità non rilasciano. Immagino cosa posso succedere se uno li usa con una minestra calda o simile. L'unica cosa positiva che sono duri e non si spezzano ma tutto il resto della descrizione miracolosa la vedo proprio al contrario di quanto dichiarato.
