Have had three of them since March 2018. On each one of them the second hand gets stuck between the 9 and 10 within the first couple weeks. No big deal. But then, eventually, the other hands get stuck as well. You can futz with it, try to reset it, but it happens again, defeating the whole point of a radio controlled clock; hang it and forget it. We liked the floral design for our daughter's room. This seems to be the only "pretty" radio controlled clock on Amazon, the rest look institutional or blah. Guess it is time to get an institutional looking La Crosse and throw some hello kitty stickers on there.

I asked the seller recently, if he could help me with restarting this radio clock. He, very kindly, offered to replace it even though I had bought it over a year ago. Well, after a couple of tries with the reset button and some patience, the clock reset itself! My thanks to this seller for the gracious offer to help me. l love this clock!Again, thank you,Marti

I bought one and it was doing great until one day it started spinning very fast. I contacted the seller and they were very good at replacing. In the meantime I realized they need some time facing the outdoors to properly calibrate. I now have two and they are both good clocks almost a year later.

Clock is beautiful. I had to set it manually because the radio control had it 10 min. off.However, it has kept perfect time since setting it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good clock.

Took some patience before the clock got in sync with the time in Oregon, but once it did with suggestions by the vendor, it has been a joy in my office. Very pleased with it.
