Versatile junction box
These are a great little junction box.They have, available separately, brass inserts, that allow you to screw in steel wire armour glands and earth internally.

Wiska boxes are great but not as described...
Wiska boxes are an electral mainstay. Best junction boxes you can get by far. Unfortunately these should have come with terminal blocks inside - thats what the 308/5 means. These were just plain 308. Boo supplier.

Totally Brilliant Outdoor Junction Boxes
Used very many of these. Do not confuse with the similar snap-on version without screws. These much better. I use Wago clips rather than the included wire connector. These boxes take 20mm glands and are already threaded and super easy to use. Brilliant product.
