Microneedling and dermastamp is often very expensive whether you go to an aestheticians office or buy a automatic dermastamping pen to do it at home. This ranges from hundreds to thousands of dollars which can be a huge investment when you aren't even sure if this treatment is right for you. This is why the dermastamp is so amazing. It's a manual device that lets you microneedle your skin where you just simply apply the device to your skin yourself. It's extremely lightweight and it has a cap to cover it after usage which is great. I do wish it had more detailed instructions for people that are new to microneedling though and you must make sure that prior to using this that it's clean every time by disinfecting it with alcohol in order to prevent bacteria from entering your skin.

Drs derma stamp came in a paper box with the actual stamper in a sealed sterilization pouch.The stamp has a convenient ergonomic handle that is slim and almost 4 inches long. At the top of the handle is a dial that you can turn to make the needles longer or shorter depending on what depth and area you are using it on. The base of the stamper has a removable cover that protects the needles from contamination and easy storage, always store with needle length at 0 and place cap back on after disinfecting and completely dry.I have had micro needling done several times at a spa by a licensed professional and really liked the end results after healing so when this product came up, I grabbed one so I could try it at home. I did some research and came across a master esthetician out of Portland, OR that had some very good depth ranges and a great recommendation for a hyaluronic acid serum to use that has no additional additives which I also purchased. Kiwi seed oil was another recommendation for post op care which I also used.I prepped my skin by:• Washing my face• Applying topical numbing cream of 4% for 10-15 minutes• Wipe off with damp wash cloth• Wash face again. Use pads w/alcohol to make sure no residue is leftI started on my forehead 1st and applied the hyaluronic acid serum. The depth I used was .05. I then did along my lip line and above my lips/under nose area at same setting.For my chin and the fatty part of my cheeks/jaw area make sure the skin is taut w/out touching skin (making faces works) and I set it for .75The thinner tissue under my eye along my upper cheeks and nose area I set it for .25.I had a couple of pinpricks that had a little blood in 3 areas but overall, I had a very nice healthy pink on my face when completed. I chose to leave the hyaluronic acid on until the next day but you can get in the shower and use tepid water to gently wash away the extra, don’t touch or scrub. Just let the water run over your face. The next day I gently washed my face, patted dry and applied a couple drops of kiwi seed oil to my clean hands and patted all over my face. I then applied my moisturizer. If you are going to be outside make sure you apply sunscreen after doing this procedure!I plan on continuing to use this stamper twice a month in between my other facial services I get every 4 weeks. I chose to use numbing cream on my face but you can just use the hyaluronic acid serum instead and stamp away.

There is no Dr. Pen label on the product. So I’m not sure if it’s the real Dr. pen.

Best thing ever for my skin and hair I’ve been using this derma stamp for a few weeks now and I’m loving the results. My skin looks smoother, firmer, and more radiant. My scalp and beard hair are also growing thicker and faster. It’s so easy to use, just stamp it on the areas you want to improve and voila! You’ll see the difference in no time. It’s way better than those microneedle rollers that hurt and take forever.

This product works well, but it's important to do your research first before using it. It doesn't come with great instructions, so you'll want to look up Youtube tutorials and other resources to make sure you're using the right size needles, serums, etc. I got this to stimulate collagen on my stomach after having kids and I've used it a few times so far.

Honestly I'm not sure about this one. It's just a device that has little needles that poke out. I tried it on my scalp for a few days but it's hard to remember to use consistently. I'm not sure how it would really show results... but I could be wrong.

WOW this has got some very fine needles and very light weight!! The quality is great! I can't wait to start using it, but I have never used micro needling! I will have to Google it so I can learn how and what kind cream to use with it!! It has a cap to cover it when not in use!! You can turn the handle so you can adjust the length of the needles!! Love it!! I recommend!

I've used this so far a couple of times, but since there aren't thorough instructions on sanitizing and how to use, I need to do a bit more research before I continue using. My purpose is to use it on my face to help my skin absorb product better and promote skin regrowth. The first time I tried it I drew tiny bits of blood, I've read some sources mention that's fine, other sources suggesting not to use derma stamps that hard. The product doesn't have a recommended needle length, so it's trial and error figuring out what works. Once I figure out the proper way I should use it, I believe this tool will be beneficial and show results.
