Excellent kit of parts, with just a few minor niggles. There are nowhere near enough cable ties with the kit, so buy a big bag of them... to do a neat job you will need them. The tools provided with the kit are very useful, though you may also need your own socket to remove your old crank bolts. The motor is very powerful and I would strongly advise also ordering a gearshift sensor to protect your chain... the motor comes with its own gearshift sensor lead and I have no idea why the sensor is not a standard part of the kit. The manual omits all mention of the gearshift sensor but is written in good English and is good enough to get the build done, even though the images are very small. There is one real mistake in the manual where it confuses the functions of the wheel speed sensor and the internal pedal rotation sensor, but it's not critical to the actual build, only to understanding the operation of the bike when built. The original controller configuration is quite clunky and aggressive, and I would highly recommend also ordering the programming lead so that you can re-flash the controller with more sensible parameters, and given the power of the motor to restrict its performance a little until you gain confidence with the bike. It took me about two days to do the build, and I am entirely satisfied with the result.
