The battery is shipped with only a partial charge, before you use the battery for the first time you will need to charge it fully with the charger supplied until the LED turns green. No other charger should ever be used with this battery. Whilst your battery is charging, take time to read these instruction carefully. One of the most damaging things you can do to any battery is leave it in a discharged condition. It is recommended that you recharge your battery within a maximum of 3 days after its last use. The picture of the product charger leads is not what you get. Beware.
Beware. The picture is misleading. What has arrived today does not have all that is shown on the picture. I've emailed the sellers to tell them this. I am not happy as the charging point in the side of the battery was vital for ease of connection to my trolley. The way l can get it to work on my GoKart will be a Faff quite frankly and the sellers should be sorting this miss-selling out. They are clearly in breach with what they deliver. Has no one checked the product?

Excellent Product
The battery was exactly as described . I was amazed at the output compared to a Lead/Acid battery. It weighs just over 2Kg compared to the 10Kg Lead/Acid type.The product was delivered within a few days of ordering. The 5 year warranty is a definite bonus.

Does it work with my trolley
The battery is not compatible with my trolley so I had to return itI had problems returning the battery because parcel post refused to accept it even though it was delivered by parcel post

Product arrived early than scheduled. Have used it twice aleardy in two separate 18 hole rounds of golf and only one bar of power used! . I would therefore say this battery will last at least 54 holes of golf without the need to recharge. Excellent product. Excellent service from the online golf storeMany thanks
