Far shot for real, this beam is perfect for spotting animals at a distance
This light is fantastic. Everything about it, this is a high quality light with attention to detail.I was camping and saw a fox, and the floodlight headlamp I had on did a poor job of making it visible. High lumens isn’t everything, the focus of the beam can make a huge difference in seeing what is out there. This light is what I needed to see that fox at night. I don’t know if that’s how it got the name NiteFox, but it is an apt name. This uses a magnetic charging port. This port has superior waterproofing, there is no silicone cover to mess with. It came with two cables, the 3’ red one shown in my photos/video, and a 1’ black one. This is a nice inclusion, as these cables are unique to this light. I don’t have anything else with this exact type of cable. I can have one in use, and one in backup where I know exactly where to find it. I didn’t have the black one handy because this light has excellent battery life. It says 110 hours, on the lowest setting. This low setting is for close up use when eyes are adjusted to dark. I generally keep it on the second setting, which is bright but not overbearing The highest settings are for longer distances. This beam goes as far as I need it in the woods, I do not have long open spaces to test the 350m distance claim. It goes as far as I have practical use for.The machining is tight, it screws very smoothly. Has space for 2 o-rings, I only see one on there. I’m not sure if it ever had two or came with backups. The finish is a smooth matte black. There are titanium aura coatings on the button and lens cover. This front piece does not unscrew. Only one place for the battery. Replaceable battery is convenient, in a common 18350 size. The leash is a nice round rope style with a slider tightener. It is a nice leash. The clip is 1-3/8”, it is removable. It has a good tension.Glass lens. No plastic anywhere on the outside. (Excluding leash)This is one of my favorite lights to keep in my pocket. It is small and light, waterproof, one click on, one click off. The far beam makes a big difference in seeing what’s out there. There are zero negatives I have found about this light. It’s all that.Nice packaging, good for gifting. I have other lights, but none like this.

This light got everything right!
I'm kind of a flashlight affectionado and I've tried and used a lot of them. Most have some little niggling problem that makes them not quite five star lights. This one gets everything right. First it is just plain good looking. It has kind of a turquoise look on the edges of the face, the control switch looks cool, on or off, and it has a nice belt clip. The charge port is completely magnetic, vaguely like some of the MacBooks. One of the things that I like most about it is the programming is simpler than some of the insanely complex programming of other flashlights. This one you push the button and it starts off at whatever brightness you had turned it off at previously. It does that reliably and even if you take out the battery to change it, it still starts up at the same brightness as previously. Changing the brightness is simply a matter of pressing and holding the on/off button. That cycles through the brightness levels. Many of the brighter lights these days are so bright that even the low setting is way too bright. This one has a perfect low setting, likely will work fine for a lot of what I use it for. The built-in charger charges at a fairly fast one amp, and the included 18350 lithium ion cell is a real battery, not one of those fake combination battery-charger units that don't have much runtime. Not only that, this flashlight allows you to easily remove the battery and replace it with a fully charged one if you don't want to wait for the battery that's inside the light to charge using the included charge cord. The light beam has a nice spread and also a nice hot spot so that you can see a fairly large field of view and at the same time have a bright spot to illuminate something you are especially looking at. There is a tiny LED built into the on/off switch that has a steady nice green glow when there is significant battery charge left. The threads on the end cap feel very nicely made, no roughness at all. The color is just right. Many high power lights have a slightly bluish tint. Even at high turbo mode, colors look perfect. This is fairly expensive for a small flashlight, but I think under the circumstances it's well worth it. Recommended.

solid small thrower flashlight, proprietary charging cable
Nitefox MC10 is a small hande power thrower. The design is robust and bigger than most flashlights that uses 18350 Li-ion battery. The battery can be recharged with an external charger or through a proprietary magnetic cable which I am not too fond of. This means you are required to have an extra cable around just for the flashlight. I prefer using USB-C port for recharging. The kit comes with 2 charging cables and if you lose them, other magnetic charging cables on Amazon may work. The narrow torch beam light is result from Cree XPL-Hi emitter and a smooth reflector. Together, the flashlight push out a very tight center beam spot of some light spill around it. The flashlight can light up object at a good distance. The manufacturer claims the flashlight has a maximum output of 2000 lumen. But base on online search, XPL-Hi emitter is capable of slightly over 1000 lumen output.User interface to operate the light is simple. It has last setting memory but doesn't have a quick shortcut to turbo output. I prefer to have a way to reach maximum output in emergency.Overall, MC10 is a solid light. But with proprietary charging cable and missing turbo mode shortcut, I can only give 4-star

Bright and compact
Good light. Very bright for a small package. The charging cable is a weird connector. It's magnetic which is nice but I would have just preferred a USB connection. Don't lose the cable. Actually it comes with 2 cables, so that's nice.

Short and very stable on flat surfaces
This is a neat little flashlight that is rugged, durable, and waterproof. It uses a single 18350 lithium rechargeable battery which is included. You can also buy these from other sources.I like its short, stubby size. It's very stable on my nightstand. It has a single button for all of its functions, and in the button is an LED that indicates the battery's power level. One button makes for easy, one-handed operation. On low power, which is adequate for walking in dark rooms, it is rated for 110 hours of continuous operation; 20 minutes on Turbo mode. Its only fault, in my opinion, is that its lanyard hole is small; too small for paracord, for example. It will accept those thin cords that often come with flashlights, but I dislike those. Other than that, this is a very nice flashlight, and it has become one of my favorites.
