They must have upgraded the chain. I saw reviews complaining about the chain. I saw only one review, from a recent customer, who said they must have upgraded it. I agree with them. This chain is sturdy & nice. I love this necklace. It works perfectly, and as desired.-->> I am a former smoker/vaper. I have no desire for nicotine. I also don't need the sensation of blowing out any smoke or vapor. I just need the oral and hand to mouth fixation. I love that I can have that, new breathing techniques that really calm me down.

The media could not be loaded. Initially, I was hesitant about shelling out so much for what essentially seemed like a fancy straw, but I must admit, it’s impressively sleek and well-crafted. It really helps me regulate my breathing when stress kicks in, and its weight ensures I won’t easily forget it’s there. Plus, the necklace and clasp are sturdy with no problems. It’s definitely a niche product for managing anxiety symptoms, but hey, if it works, it works!

I had hoped that I would want to use this in place of vaping or at least find the willpower to use it but it just didn’t pan out. It’s made well and is heavy with a durable chain. Breathing into it feels a bit weird and it is more satisfying on the exhale because it does slow down how fast you breathe in and out. But it also makes you feel a bit light headed after a bit if you do it too much.

If you know how to take deep breaths on your own, this product didn't help me to calm down. Actually, it did the opposite by making me think of what I needed to do. I have a necklace for appearances, if I wanted. It is durable.

As I’m trying to use it to quit vaping and replace the hand-to-mouth habit, it’s a good replacement. I like to wrap the chain loosely around my wrist and hold the tube.The tube has stayed sturdy on the necklace, despite swinging from my wrist.The tube comes still wrapped in the tight plastic. You have to rip it open yourself. I like the assurance it hasn’t been returned by anyone.Cons:The mouthpiece is cut with jagged edges. It’s not sharp enough to cut. Yet, it’s not carefully smoothed. I literally pulled off a loose sliver of left over metal once I peeled the plastic away.Lucky I saw it rather than got it in my mouth or inhaled it.There’s not more to say. You pay for what you get. I’ll update if my skin turns green, but so far, it’s promise of being sterling seems legit.

With this I was able to quit smoking easily... i LOVE this and was very easily worn and take everywhere.

It's ment to be used by inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth through the tube. The tube makes a whistling sound when you exhale through it. It's annoying. Just overall not something I enjoy using or would I purchase it again. Sucking through the tube is not satisfying or relaxing either. Just overall a total no. The chain isn't very long either.... it's noisy and not very usable.
