Simple, affordable, and easy to swallow
This is the only multivitamin that is small enough for me to swallow. Each vitamin appears to be 5/16 of an inch (see picture). I originally used the non-iron version, but since I am a regular blood donor, I decided to try the version with iron added. I highly recommend this for people who want a simple, no frills vitamin that is easy to swallow. Plus, it’s so much more affordable compared to the other name brand vitamins, a lot of which don’t even have the same percent DV of vitamins in 2 large capsules as this one.

Perfect!
Great bargain for a needed supplement! My iron was very low and I was advised to take a multivitamin with iron. I have been using these for over a year and my iron levels are back to normal.
