Very clever design. Works very well
I own Shure GLXD systems and have been happy with those. But I just recently purchased one of these NuX B8 pedals and am really happy with it. On the high stability (and thus higher latency) side of the signal config, I did not notice any latency. The other features such as boost, tuner, D/I, and effects loop fit perfectly into my needs for my smaller acoustic rig. The way the transmitter magnetically docks on the pedal for charging is very clever and well executed. Time will tell if this system will hold up under crowded airwave settings. But so far, this pedal has been excellent. I likely will sell my Shure gear.

Great system with one small?/large? caveat
I saw another three star review where the user said this unit would drop the signal occasionally for no apparent reason. I now know what the reason is... I've been using this unit for a couple of months. When I first got it I was playing a lot of gigs where there was a house sound system and FOH/Monitor sound engineer. I had absolutely zero problems with it. More recently I've been playing gigs where I am running sound for my band. We're using a Behringer XR18 with a TP-Link router. Last night I was playing a gig where I was literally five feet from the router. The tablet I was using to run the mixer was attached to my mic stand. The tablet kept losing connection to the router (when I ran the diagnostics it showed 95% interference) and the B-8 would, very rarely, drop the signal. At that point I put two and two together (I got five - what do you expect from a musician) and switched to a pair of Swiff WS-50's that I had recently purchased (they use UHF for communication) and the problem(s) immediately disappeared and never happened again. So, if you are not using anything with Wi-Fi anywhere near this unit, it works flawlessly and is well worth the money. But if, like me, you are running Wi-Fi near this unit you really want to use something else. After discovering this problem I also realized that my other 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz wireless units had been having the same kind of problems recently. I tested it with a pair of Carvin 5.8GHz wireless units (expensive) and had the same problem. I am now going to use only UHF for my wireless needs - what was old is now new. Oh, one other thing, it may just be the placebo effect but I seem to be able to detect the difference in latency between the Wi-Fi band units and the UHF band ones (<2ms latency). Actually, if you're running through a digital PA you're adding latency to latency since the digital mixers have a small amount of latency in them as well.

Sounds great and is very stable
The wireless has been very stable and lived up to the stated specs. It’s a solid piece of kit with great features. It’s part of my back up plan as well because of the tuner, DI, and boost functions with the effects loop. Drop in a pedal train, an amp in a box, or a modeler and you can get to a silent stage pretty easily.

So far so good
Got it for a week now and works great.

Cuts Off a lot, worst seller ever.
I bought this for a show I had and it cut off me several times as soon as as walked to the front of the stage I would say 10 feet away from the receiver, not good for live performances, and on top of that be aware if you return the item the seller will determine if they will refund your money in full or half the money because of open item I would say avoid the hassle buy another brand.

Great until the signal drops
I wish I could rate this higher but I've had a lot of bad luck with the signal dropping. Both at home and at practice. Our practice place is definitely not in close proximity to a router so I'm not sure what's going on with this thing. I'm hoping that a firmware update will fix this. I have it set to the most stable setting and still the signal will drop for several seconds about once every 30 to 45 minutes. At this point, I can't trust it live. If they don't get this issue fixed, I'll have to sell it. Which would be too bad seeing is how it's built well and has a lot of useful features.**update** I saw a comment on a thread about this product saying that if you turned down the output signal, the dropouts went away. I also noticed that my Joyo 5.8 wireless as well as a normal cable has a weaker output than this device as this seems to be boosting the output signal. So I turned the output down to match the cable and my other wireless. So far....no more drop outs. If I make it through band practice this week with no dropouts, I'll update this to 4 stars. If they actually fix the problem I'll update it to 5 stars. So far so good and if this actually fixes the problem, that's crazy. And I think that if this actually fixes the problem and I let them know, it might help them fix it permanently with a firmware update as it will narrow down the cause.**update 2** Made it through practice and in the past several weeks have only had 1 dropout total. The output level definitely seems to be related. Could possibly be that this is boosting the output level and thus introducing noise etc. then the receiver misinterprets this as signal degradation, only a guess on my part though. I think I trust this unit now, the one dropout I had could have very well been a legit thing that would happen on any similar unit. If they actually fix this and update the firmware, I'll upgrade this to 5 stars.

Drops out a lot.
I had really high hopes for this pedal. It combined two pedals (tuner and wireless). And I love how you can charge the transmitter on the pedal. Build quality seems really good too. However, after months of use, I'll probably remove it from my board. It keeps dropping signal randomly, even after I set it to the most stable setting. I'd say it dropped out three or four times during a three hour gig, which might not seem like much, but it takes a few seconds for it to reconnect, and by that time it's noticeable. I'll look into it more to make sure I'm not doing something wrong. And will update.
