Torn back
The back came torn from the part where the zipper is

Was able to get rid of my back and hip pain

Been using it for almost 10 months now. Works great good for Back support. Not much heat generation either. The form is still same as it was when bought which is quite a surprise and reflects its quality as I am above 90kg. The only issue I have is the band of the back support is got very loose now. I have been sitting on it daily for at least 4-6hrs because of my work and I feel no pain in my lowerback because of sitting for long periods everyday. Great value for money. Go for it.

I got pain in lower back while using both the cushion together, ordered twice but the quality of cushions were different both the times. Some may benefits out of it but we didn't.
