The product itself is good
I had previously bought this and was so pleased that I immediately bought a second one for my granddaughter. The 2nd one came and was much more cheaply packaged and did not include the travel case or the headband. The device itself is ok; but considering the downgrade in packaging and accessories, much less impressive.
