It does what it says on the packet. Dissolves quickly, doesn't clump.

Too fine for my liking, makes a mess and is hard to mix.

I use skimmed milk powder for bread making and this is, for me, one of the best I’ve come across.For years I’ve used one of the brand leaders, which has always done the job well enough, but this one is just so much better. The powder is very fine which I think allows for more accurate measurement and the results are really quite a lot better than some of the granular ones I’ve used in the past.The packaging is well sealed, resealable and sturdy and I’ve only decanted it into a storage container as I find that easier when I’m using spoon measurements rather than weights.I will certainly ut this again.

Good product

The product is a really fine powder, I would say better than a lot in the supermarkets. It is really well packaged and smells great actually. It is on a par price wise with the supermarket prices too. Unfortunately it clumps when you use it. I have tried various ways of using it in drinks but it doesn't make any difference which is a bit disappointing really. I won't be purchasing it again unfortunately.
