Remove the stickers, apply the sticky pad to the original seat and adjust the straps thereafter. In this way, the gel seat will stay in place to maximize comfort. Finding my original bike saddle too hard, this gel seat was a good option to relieve the pain. It is soft enough but not too soft to be uncomfortable in the long run. It settles properly on the bike and never moves in use.

Everything about this seat cover except the vibrant purple color leaves something to be desired. It has too much foam, and poor adhesive and off center placrnent onto the cover vottom, which combine to make it slide around on the seat you install it on to. Plus my seat cover wore a hole in it in just two weeks of riding each day.
