I'm glad I did as they are great. Yes they are more expensive, have less in each pack (50 wipes compared to 56 with other brands) and are not as wet as other wipes as some have mentioned, but they are much softer, thicker and smell really nice. I do find that most wipes are too wet so these are just perfect, being thicker also means that I'm using less. I will be buying these again that's for sure. I had IPAA surgery which removed my ileostomy and joined together my newly formed pouch and rectum, which led me to be opening my bowels A LOT at first - I therefore needed wipes which didn't make my haemorrhoids worse. These were the only wipes which not only soothed my haemorrhoids but actually healed them constantly - they are extremely soft, soothing and as the description states, moisture-rich. It was a bonus that they cleaned extremely well too (probably linked).They are the best but they are pricey - I would therefore only recommend them for special circumstances/extreme need/emergencies.
