What a life-changer!!!
Wow!! My husband has been nagging me for years to get rid of stuff that is cluttering our home. He and I both hated living in clutter and dreading "unexpected" company. We got tired of having to feel embarrassed anytime people came over unannounced. I've tried cleaning and organizing but the clutter always returns in a matter of days. At 39 years of age, I decided to seek help because I finally realized that I've been completely powerless over the clutter and chaos, and if I haven't figured out how to fix the problem by now chances are I'll never be able to do it on my own. This book was recommended to me by a friend, and OMG!!, it really opened my eyes. It helped me understand that the tangible clutter on the outside is just a reflection/projection of the clutter going on in my mind and emotions. Wow, I never would have thought it was so deep!! No wonder I've been trying in vain for so many years to address the problem!! I've been focusing on the outside rather than on the inside. Thank you so much, Yvette Bowlin, for this eye-opening book that has really made such a positive change in my life!! I'm a busy mom of 3 and work full time as a Kindergarten teacher, but I found this to be an easy read and was able to start following the 10 steps right away. Not only have I been able to get rid of the clutter and keep it away for over a month now (greatest victory ever), but I can honestly say that I feel so much lighter on the inside now. I'm not carrying around so much extra baggage in my mind and emotions and I just feel so refreshed!! I would have never thought a 99 cent purchase would have had such a profound impact on my life!!I encourage anyone struggling with clutter or stress to get this book. I promise you, you will not be sorry!! Not only will it help you, but your loved ones will also benefit because you'll be healthier and happier!I never leave reviews, but in this case, I just had to because I know that if it could help me it could help anyone!! Happy Reading =)

This book couldn't have been released at a more perfect time. I tend to fill my daily plate with large piles of "to do's" and I currently juggle a few careers with no plans to slow down. Just when the feeling of overwhelm seems to be winning me over, I implement the steps that this incredible book offers, and the negativity that tried to absorb all of my energy is transformed into motivation and personal empowerment. Honestly, even if you think you have your life together, this is still an excellent piece to read. It states the obvious and imperceptible, offers reminders and advice, and takes you on an amazing journey, ALL about yourself - who wouldn't wanna go there?? What I love about this book (aside from its contents from start to finish) is that the author's "dialogue" style of writing almost convinces me that she and I are having 'coffee shop talk' =). Two very enthusiastic thumbs up and 5 easily earned stars! So, if you're debating on whether or not buy this book, stop debating. Buy it.

A Resourceful and Fun Book to read!
The author is very in tune with what clutters a person's life and how they should go about fixing it. She does that without ever making you feel like there is something wrong with you too.Her words are like little massaging jabs at what I needed to fix. Along the way,a clear path is given for the reader on how to recognize the junk that can lead to overwhelm, and to then a how to for seeking clarity from there. The Declutter Code was recommended to me because of my issues with hanging on- both physically and emotionally. I love stuff and memories even more. So the book is a home run for me and more.At this point I am 2 weeks into the practical exercises and already seeing results. Do not read the book and not do the exercises or follow up courses (sign up at the end). That would be like going to your doctor because of an illness, but then not taking the medication they prescribe.I will recommend The Declutter Code moving forward.Cheers from abroad!

Fantastic!
When I read the first few pages of the book, I felt guilty. Because I realized that I really do have many clutters and it's not just on things that I see but most especially on things that I don't see. Yvette was right in saying that the clutter starts within us. And if we are unable to resolve what's inside and what's the root of the clutter, we don't really remove the clutter at all. Yes, you can solve it -- temporarily. Later on, you will find yourself back to the same mess again.I'm glad that I was able to read this book. I'm happy that the solutions are indeed simple. I would suggest to not just read it. Apply it. Create a habit from it. Thank you.

Great book. Very nice flow to its read and it gets the point across. It's not what one might think they need to do for living clutter free, it is exactly what one must do, and it is not a to do list. It all starts in the mind. I love how Yvette takes a holistic mindful and spiritual approach. Best of all its is her method as it had worked for her. She has walked the walk. Great read. If you want more, I suggest signing up with Yvette for a coaching session.Enjoy.Michael V.

Love this book!
Wow, I am so happy I decided to pick up this book. The writer has such a creative way of phrasing things, that it is hard to put the book down. I read it from cover to cover. The writer has such insight into what makes people feel so cluttered. I felt as though she was talking to me, as if she knows me. I’m sure that anyone reading this book will feel the same. The writer nails this. She has given me so much inspiration and motivation, that I can’t wait to get started applying her principles in my life. I also want to say how intriguing I think the cover is. I like it so much that I am going to leave this book out on my coffee table as a conversation piece. I do intend to re-read it often, to keep inspired. Get this book, you won’t be sorry!
