This does exactly what you think it does
I bought these gel face packs to keep in the freezer. Absolutely love them during the summer and for cooking relief from sun burns. One side is terry cloth and the other side is plastic and you can wear it either way - the plastic side is much colder on the skin. It does what I expected it to do and the strap is adjustable via a Velcro piece that is quite long. It has a good fit on both male and female faces.

Product is great for hot flashes and lupus flare ups. Very easy to use and comfort is nice on the face.

Perfect ice mask
You have the option of using either side that makes you more comfortable. Stays nice and cold for a couple minutes but that’s good enough for me, I like the fact I can walk around and do chores while taking care of my skin. Also perfect mask to scare you pets 😂

Perfect and Effective for Hormonal Hot Flashes!
I used this mask to deal with bothersome and uncomfortable face hot flashes due to surgical menopause. This mask was a safe, affordable, easy and drug-free option for trying to relieve the uncomfortable sensation of these facial hot flashes. The quality and durability of this face mask is very good, as I still use it today. It has held up and lasted a long time. I like that it has the smooth side and the soft tery cloth side, giving you two options. The Terry side does not get as cold as the smooth side. I keep this mask in the freezer in a Ziploc bag and use as needed.

Very relaxing
I love this mask! It is very soft on the side that is on your skin. It gets very cold when kept in the freezer and stays cold for a long time. It velcro's comfortably around the back of your head. I love the way it feels soothing and relaxing after a long day. I've already purchased a second one as a gift.

This is small.
If this were larger I would give it 5 stars. I have a normal size adult face and for it to cover my face I would need another inch all the way around. It does work well in the freezer but the cloth side warms up pretty fast so I flipped it over and used the other side to putting a handkerchief over my face first. I wish it did have more gel in it especially for around the eyes.
