Interesting delivery method, easy to take, well packaged, good quality.
Sublingual seems to make more sense, but honestly who knows. I take this and NR for their purported longevity and healthspan improvements. But like all supplements I can't tell if I'm getting any benefit from them.The research is still very controversial, some indicates these supplements increase NAD, and others seem to indicate they can't get into the cells to actually do any benefit. There are a number of studies currently underway, but not much conclusive data as of yet. If I were younger than 50, I probably wouldn't spend my money on these right now. If money is tight, you can probably get better longevity and healthspan benefits from water fasting.I like the little tin these tablets come in, it makes it easy to carry these around with you, the quality of the tablets is good, and I find the taste pleasant. So, if like me, you're into trying things like this, these aren't a bad option, if they are indeed what the company says they are. As to any noticable benefits or effects, I can't report any after two months of taking them. Will I continue to them, sure. It's not a lot of money to me, and who knows, maybe some of the research studies will come up with some compelling evidence.

WWWW.... You will not understand till you try...
My husband has been taking it for at least 3 months and feel more energized, lost few pound, in a better mood, with longer sleep hours and with what seems to be a bolstered immune system. Wouldn’t be without it. He says he feel like 10 year younger. Great Product. Love it !

These make me tired
I don't know why I get very tired and brain fogged when I use these. I so wanted the extra energy as I have chronic Lyme and my energy level is zero. I just don't think they agreed with me. I really wanted them to work as they are expensive. The battle continues

This Works For Hyperacusis and Tinnitus/Hearing Loss
I've been taking this for my hyperacusis and tinnitus. So far, it has drastically improved my hyperacusis and has lowered my tinnitus. I've tried hundreds of different supplements to fix these problems but this is the only one that has helped me find relief

price for quality
I was very pleased to pay a reasonable price for the product. And, after using it for several weeks, I'm happy to say that it's superior to the previous sublingual NAD+ tablet I was using before.
