OEM fan shroud doesn't fit without fabrication
I have a 1994 Jeep Wrangler with the 2.5L engine. This radiator was supposed to be a direct fit. It bolts in correctly to the Jeep, but aside from the top holes for the fan shroud, the rest are off by an inch or more. The lower mount on the passenger side is the biggest issue. Where the fan shroud has a hole and was mounted to the OEM radiator, the flange on the radiator narrows toward the core and there isn't even any metal where the screw should go.

So far so good
Installed in a 90 YJ 2.5 manual. Shockingly, my temps are lower than the 3 core aluminum I had in the Jeep. I’ve got about 300 miles on the new one so far. Seems like it has decent build quality. You’ll need nuts, bolts and washers to install your fan shroud. If anything changes, I’ll be back to let y’all know.

the shroud mounting holes were punched too big, had to replace bolts with next size larger, no other problem with the install
