Is there a guarantee on this product if it breaks or stops working after a little while?

Hi! We have a lifetime warranty on all flowtoys-manufactured products. Here are the basics:- If any non-electronic part fails for any reason, we will replace it for free.- If the capsule light inside your poi is defective/not working and not physically damaged (cracks or split shell or water damage), we will replace it for free.- If the capsule light is defective and physically damaged (cracked, split, water damage), we will replace it for $17.50/capsule + shipping.- Loss is not covered, so please don't throw away defective or damaged parts! Can i just get s replacement plastic piece?

Yes you can - please type flow.toys in your address bar, and it will take you to us directly. We sell parts individually there, though not on amazon.

I bought a set and my chargers no longer charge as the pod i think shorted out the wires. are these covered under warrenty or can i use any micro usb?

Hi Victoria!You can use any micro USB cables to charge your podpoi =) If you're finding that your poi aren't charging, it may be another issue and we'd be happy to help sort you out. Please try charging your lights with another USB cable and if the lights don't respond, you can contact us at warranty@flowtoys dot com and we'll see about getting your lights fixed ASAP! why there is no shipping to china ?
