First device had a problem in power button that eventually failed in week 3. I suppose that happens with anything you buy online.But the TENS was so effective in those first weeks, I returned for an identical unit which is working great +3 months later.Red pads supplied with Neocarbon unit are significantly better quality (more durable) than cheaper replacement pads (white). Plus, I found that the adhesive from the white pads irritated my skin after prolonged use. Red pads did not.Unit recharges quickly as advertised, and might last the represented 50 hours if you use the lower power setting. But running at full blast in EMS mode on both channels it will go closer to 35 hours.Unit is very handy, portable, intuitive to use and has adequate power. Case is a nice addition to hold supplies.TIP: If you are using this a on your lower back or legs, I recommend a back-up set of wires. While the original wires are tough and hanging in, if they are running across your back or down leg, they will take a beating from the accidental yanking and snagging on clothes. I've started using surgical tape to hold the slack in place against my skin. But unit and wires are still getting knocked around.Not sure these things work for everyone, but mine has been a game changer and I go to sleep every night with it set on 60 min. Dare I say these are addictive. When my sciatica is bad, I use it 12 plus hours / day. So addicted, I am looking at the 4 channel model before too long. However, this addiction is far less problematic than using pain meds and nearly as effective with constant use.This is a DEF recommend

I love the 3 modes, TENS, EMS. & RELAX, it has multiple setting which each mode. Charges easily and quickly. Charges last through multiple uses. You can pick from 10 minutes to 60 minutes at a time. The pads stick very well and i've gotten probably 20 uses from them before changing them out. This has been a game changer. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis so I find myself very stiff when first waking up and I use it for about an hour and I'm great for the rest of my day. It really helps to loosen up my muscles and joints. Storage case is small and compact easy to carry or pack for vacations.

Highly recommend this unit. It is top quality and stays charged for a long time. I have reused the pads several times and they have great sticking power. Nice compact unit, good for travel. Works great for back pain.

nice little unit with several different modes and settings. Seems to work well, pads stick and hold multiple times. Nice case to hold everything and seems to hold up to use. Time will tell for the longevity. Good value for the cost.

5-Star product that I highly recommend.I hurt my back a few weeks ago and a coworker mentioned getting a TENS unit. He sent me a different Amazon model, but after some research, I went with the NEOCARBON SM9055 Black unit.This unit comes with everything including:1. A nice zip-up storage that holds everything. It has mesh pockets on both sides so nothing falls out when you unzip. It is very similar to what you would use to store an external USB hard drive.2. USB-C charging cable.3. Two connecting cables, one end goes to the unit (A or B) and the other end goes to two pads.4. 12 pads and two storage “stick pads here” for storage. So far, I’ve only opened 4 pads and they continue to remain sticky even after a handful of uses.5. User Manual and quick guide tells you how to operate the unit, where to place the pads, and how to troubleshoot.Pros:1. Between the TENS (12), RELAX (24), and EMS (36) patterns, there are 72 options.2. There is a timer and you can go from 10 to 60 minutes in intervals of 10.3. You have the ability to change the intensity on each channel independently.4. The intensity is no joke, plenty of “juice” in this little unit to get the job done.5. USB-C charging vice batteries.6. Ability to “lock” by pressing the power button so you don’t accidentally change settings.Cons:1. My only minor complaint is the intensity starts at 0 and you have to increase it manually each time.

I bought this thinking it may work as well as the one the acupuncturist I see uses. I now realize she either doesn't use hers correctly or hers is broken (maybe she is just a scaredycat and doesn't turn it up)... but as soon as I powered on and turned it up just a few points - wow!! Does this produce enough power? I had to stop turning it up with room to spare because it was so strong it frightened me. I can make my quadriceps jump out of my skin to a beat! In any of the modes the response is profound and I have a lot of experimenting to do but holy cats. If you are on the fence wondering if a device like this can really have an effect, well, you could hurt yourself with this thing... ! Wow. I have been sitting here at level 7 and had almost forgotten that I was even using it until it turned off... and then I remembered why I bought it. Level 7 is profound and I don't know how far it will go yet but I can't get to 20 because, well, it feels like I am electrocuting myself, ha. And that is exactly what I want: a very powerful therapeutic tool Will it fix me? Who knows but it won't be for lack of power from this little device. Amazing! I was all caught up in the 80 vs 100 ma debate and let me tell you (as someone who over does everything) I have to wonder if 100 wouldn't be too strong. Get this one and get zapped! :)

Great unit, solid in construction buttons are raises and easy to adult. The layout to choose option is good. I’ve used several units over my 30+ years battle with MS.

I am so beyond blessed to have found this guy. I have another TENS but doesn't offer the massage selection. I struggle with fibromialga and also broke my neck in a car accident. Ya'll, YOU GET what you PAY for. Sure this guys $40 extra but man was it worth it. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this product. And the battery life...outstanding. yall have no clue what your missing out on! GET THIS LITTLE ( but powerful) GUY, THANK ME LATER!
