This is a wonderful item!!! My father in law was falling a lot after a stay in the hospital. Didn't want to get the "Ive fallen and I can't get up" alarm. way too pricey and you have to sign up for a year. Since he lives with us, if he fell he just hits the switch and we can hear him all the way upstairs. Its a great item and gave us a real sense of security.

Must have personal safety alarm
Looks like wrist watch and this personal safety alarm is good to have at times you need assistance or help anytime, any where...easy to trigger the alarm, just slide the button to trigger the alarm and the sound is quite loud enough to wake up any one sleeping...Would love if this personal safety alarm has a digital watch which is missing...

I love this and feel safe with it on
I love this and feel safe with it on, especially when I'm with young children. However the second time I wore it and took it off the back fell off.

2nd review. After six weeks both watch bands have fallen apart and one of the alarms quit workingGreat product. Bought for elderly parents. Effective, Looks good, comfortable to wear, super easy to use. Peace of mind. Highly, highly recommend.
