The product was delivered with proper instructions and all the requisite attachments. The pack was also well over half-charged when it was delivered. It is nice and compact in size, so hardly take up any storage room in the car. The instructions were easy to understand, and the charger itself is very easy to assemble and use. It also comes with a handy drawstring storage bag to keep everything together. It is USB charged so I can plug it in to charge in the car or take indoors and charge like my mobile phone - all nice and easy. My car battery was fairly new, but I haven't used the car that much over the festive period and then there was a sudden, nasty drop in temperature so the battery had drained out and the engine wouldn't turn at all. But this charger worked like an absolute dream! I used it after a quick top up of the power pack (just to make sure) and the car turned over immediately - no problem at all. Fantastic! It was quite a relief - brilliant! I live in the middle of the country and my nearest garage is nearly 6 miles off, so professional help is not close by. Having this charger means I'm no longer reliant on jump leads and the kindness of others if this happens again. So all in all, the charger is well worth the price. It's now essential kit in the car - it gives me a lot of peace of mind.

Great device that is well worth the money. So far jumped an Audi a3 2 litre an a 1.4 Hyundai i20 that had flat batteries. It started them straight away without missing a beat and no struggling like you sometimes get with jumper cables on another car. The pack charged quite quick and came in the box with half battery. Box included the jumper cables module, usb charger without plug, and a carry bag. It’s about the size of a portable phone charger a bit larger than an iPhone pro max. It’s light weight and built very well. After starting the 2 cars it’s still at full battery so can see it lasting a while so gives peace of mind if you keep it in the car. Well worth the price and definitely more affordable than the other brands on the market charging double or triple the price. As it’s a power pack looks like you can also charge your phone from it using usb A as an output and also has an inbuilt small light. Highly recommend. Afder reading the reviews I opted to purchase this item and im glad I did it came with 50% charge so I charged it to 100% it didnt take long my car battery was completely flat connected the battery jump starter to the car battery and it started straight away brilliant and it still had 100% it comes with a handy quick start guide which is easy to understand comes with a usb charging cable and a handy storage bag,the item is light weight and compact it has a handy led flash light for night time you can even charge your mobile phone honestly it is so easy wish I bought one years ago no need for ordinary jump leads if you are thinking about buying one don't think just buy it.

I bought one of these a while ago, for my work van as it stood around at times, but never had it with me when I needed to jump start another vehicle, a large battery on a Land Rover, so for quickness I ordered another one, wasn't expecting to much, gave it a full charge, vehicle wouldn't turn over, put the jump pack on, it starts to flash and tick, gave it a few seconds, turned the ignition and it started first time. It's a heavy vehicle, large engine, but these little jump pack managed a good few times until I managed to change the battery. It's got a bright light, it's a USB charger as well, an excellent little bit of kit, I've got 2, and would recommend it to anyone, for the price, and the size, absolutely fantastic.

It's good little power pack and started my van straight away but one thing to consider is the connection points. My VW Crafter has the battery stored under the driver's seat and the +&- terminal to jump start are in the engine bay and 0.5m between them. Unfortunately the supplied cables don't reach both but not a major issue as long as you can find a good earth somewhere else.

Excellent value for money. Very simple to use, and comes with a very handy bag to keep everything together. My car doesn't like the temperature dropping to low, combined with very short runs. This booster starts the car first time when the battery won't, and takes all worries and hassle away. Power life seems to be excellent as well. Great for charging my phone up as well! 100% recommend.

If I could be bothered I would be jump starting all kinds of weirdos with this Amazing compact tool, it's just so easy. Delivered with 75% charge, charged to 100% before use on my car that has been sitting for about 4 months in the garage with little use prior to that. Took me 3 attempts to get the engine ticking over, but the booster started it on each attempt. So much better than hooking up another vehicle and reving the tits off it. The unit and leads are just right to sit on the battery and attach without loads of cable to manage. It's like adding a new battery, the power to start the car is instantly available.
