Made me sleepy
4 weeks ago I stopped taking a prescribed sleep medicine. I opted to try a more natural solution. I took this product for a week. It made me very sleepy. I felt like I could fall asleep but I never did. I was very relaxed and my eyes got heavy like they wanted to sleep but I just didn't. I have a mental illness and take other medications that can affect my sleep. I had to return to my prescribed medicine because I had to sleep. I couldn't give this product more time. I feel that if I didn't have any compounding health issues this would have helped me sleep. If you simply need some help falling asleep, I would try this product because it did make me heavily drowsy. The pills are big and i was able to swallow with several gulps of water. For someone unaccustomed to swallowing pills it might take some time to become comfortable swallowing these pills. No taste. No stomach upset. No digestive changes. No leftover feeling in the AM.

Sleep 60 does NOT work
My fiancé and I both agree that this does not work at all. Pretty sure I got sugar pills. Her regular 10mg melatonin works MUCH better.
