If you like Human Centred Design this is a must-have resource
Human Centred Design is great. I am studying it at the moment, and can't stand reading digital documents. This is a great book, easy to reference, and handy to carry around if you are studying HCD or want to use some of the principles of it now and then. Very visual, great illustrations, good lay out of text.

Full of great tools and their application
Here's how you do design thinking. While created for the non-profit community, an indispensable book to apply the IDEO approach (unless you're actually an employee).

Amazing book,
The book is amazing, the state of the book I received, was not what I would consider "in new condition" with an unknown smear on cover, and a giant, not-easily removable sticker on the center of the page.

Excellent book on human centred design.
Must read.

Not quite what I was hoping for
Sadly I didn't get any "new" processes or groundbreaking ideas from this book. Perhaps that's a bit cruel as IDEO were probably the originators of so much of what is now accepted as just "design research" and "design thinking". However, I've personally found other books on design research and project models/processes to be much more detailed and academically rigourous. This book may be geared more towards people in businesses without design backgrounds as it explains the steps in short/easy sections and sells the purpose of each one succinctly. For practicing designers though, it offers the same research, define, ideate, implement and test structure that we already know.

Cheap quality printing. And charged a bomb for so cheap binding and printing
Poor product quality. The printing is not even the original. It is a cheap quality version selling for such high cost. Not worth the purchase. highly overpriced for a freely downloadable version of IDEO HCD
