It is so hard to find iron ons that aren't too "precious" or made for grandma's house. These are charmingly retro without being too old-fashioned. The kit comes with everything you need to get started - you'll just need to buy some extra fabric after you've finished your first 2. The book is thorough, beginner-friendly, and has high quality, useful pictures. The iron ons work perfectly and can be reused several times.I deducted one star only because I would have appreciated more fabric squares, higher quality thread, and a threader in the box, but none of these things are deal breakers. Just buy a threader alongside this kit, if you don't already have one. It'll make your life way easier.

Ordered this book 2 months before it arrived. I've received stuff from China faster. Did they have to write, print and bind it? As to content, meh... Some thread, a hoop, and some instructions with patterns. It's not even a book. It's a booklet, about 30 pages, and it's in a 3X5 format: tiny. Not as happy with it as I could be, but I'll keep it.

It's so much cuter than I thought! It'd be a great gift the way it comes packaged. The book of stitches is a keeper. Great quality and well worth the price!

The designs are as shown and it all comes in a nice little box to help keep things orderly. The instructions ate simple. I do not like the thread that came with it but that is just a personal preference

I am still giving 5 stars because the book instructions are so good. The needles, thread and hoop work well. And the iron-on's transfer appropriately. But, you might want to pick up more material than is provided.

Very cute. Easy to follow instructions. A great introduction for beginners. They give you quite a lot of floss so I wish there was an extra piece of fabric. But otherwise really there's everything you need in this kit.

The instruction booklet with this product is very good, showing you all the basic stitches and designs. However, the equiptment that comes with it is low quality. The threads are very difficult to thread and come apart into single threads too easily, causing knots. There isn't much fabric and the needle doesn't seem suitable either. I love the instruction booklet but feel the price is too high just for that
