This speaker is incredible. Being an audiophile, I know a good sound when I hear one and the Boombox 3 is fantastic. Warm bass with clear and detailed midrange and sweet top notes. Really easy to connect to your smartphone, you’ll be playing music before you know it. Having existing JBL devices, it was important for me to have the Partylink feature that you don’t get on the more expensive Boombox 3 WiFi (big mistake JBL). This really is everything you’ll need for any outside party….amazing indoors too. Buy with confidence. Highly recommended.

This is an impressive speaker! Incredibly powerful (for the size of the speaker the base power is unreal!). Not only powerful but also the quality of the sound is crisp and impressively clear. One might say it is not cheap, but I believe it is absolutely value for money. Gone are the days of having to purchase a massive hi-fi system, this is an amazing speaker!

Just got today and looks like a brilliant speaker, although it hasn’t got a jack lead like the one in the picture which would have been ideal

Nothing to dislike about this Boombox 3 the sound is better than my Panasonic SC-UA7 1700w and better than my AudioLab 8000 series with mission floor standers. The sound that comes from the Boombox 3 is floor rippling and your body feels the low base, if the Boombox was ever to break, another would be purchased immediately.

sounds good and bass is great, doesnt sound as good as my old jbl boombox 3 tho, its like they use different parts or something

Excelente para la fiesta. De las ventajas es muy potente su bajo más de lo que esperaba y tiene muy buen volumen. La única desventaja es que esperaba una mejor calidad en medios pero en general como ya dije excelente para la fiesta. En el empaque llegó perfecto y al tiempo que dijo el vendedor

Easily the best built and best sounding Bluetooth speaker I have ever seen or used. It's truly impressive for what it is. Yes the speaker is a little heavy and yes you will need to buy a third party carry bag to have a shoulder strap to make it easier to bring along and be truly portable but both are worth it. Unbeatable sound quality until you step up to tower style, party box speakers from either JBL or Sony but those close significantly more, are much bigger, much heavier, and not really "portable" like they claim. The boombox 3 is unrivaled for its cost and size when it comes to size. Just do some research and look around the Internet if you don't believe me. Also don't get the boombox 4. The boombox 4 is simply louder and more bassy but this has plenty of bass and the boombox 4 is a downgrade in overall sound quality and it's noticeable. Also, if you have a DAP( digital audio player), plug It in via auxiliary cable which this speaker supports, and you'll get even better sound quality. I'm very thrilled with this speaker and almost didn't buy it considering it's high price of 600 Canadian dollars but I can honestly say that I don't regret it and I hope it holds up and I can enjoy this speaker for the next 10 or more years. If you were hesitant on buying this speaker like me, don't be. If you want the best portable Bluetooth speaker out there, this is it. Trust me Thank you JBL and I hope the boombox 5 will return to pure sound quality instead of just being the loudest and bassy-est speaker available like the boombox 4. Bring back the mid range drivers for the 5th one and make it a true upgrade to the boombox 3 because the boombox 4 is simply not.

Soy un audiófilo aficionado, nada profesional, sin embargo me parece que la Boombox 3 llena cualquier espacio que sea necesario, unos agudos y unos bajos muy asentados, y un cuerpo muy sólido en general. Se añade la app donde se puede “ecualizar” ligeramente (aunque no esperes un gran cambio). El volumen ideal es como del 70%, después de ese volumen, lo único que incrementa son los medios, ya que los agudos y los bajos se quedan en ese nivel, supongo que es para proteger a la bocina misma. Es suficiente. Recomiendo comprarla en oferta: $6,000 MXN ó menos (yo la adquirí en el hot sale pasado en este precio), para hacer un simil con cualquier otra bocina del rango de precio como Bosé, Sonos, Harman Kardon, y demás comerciales, sigo pensando que ésta está por encima de todas y por mucho. Si encuentras un buen precio, no lo dudes. Recomiendo encarecidamente comprar un case para transportarla, ya que es muy pesada y se recomienda usar por lo regular conectada a la corriente (además de que suena mucho mejor, se nota) entonces necesitarás transportar también el cable corriente. Parece complejo pero no lo es, con encenderla se te olvida todo. Recomendada 100%.
