Single to the best of my knowledge. HOM rarely do multi packs. Probably because their a bit expensive. Nice underwear though.

re: the string: - the waist band is a bit larger than on the briefs. I've had to pull them up, so they don't sit on the hips! I'd try a smaller size for fit .Re: - briefs (comfort brief). I found them a bit tighter as the material is not a thin and stretchy. Well, the ones i received were! I'd stick to plumes.
