Great for sore muscles
I use this all the time. It has several pulses and mode you can use. It seems to help my muscles.❤️

Impractical...difficult to use
I am referring to the picture in which the massager appears to be a figure eight. It is not a rubber barbell which vibrates. This is a strip of material with an adhesive grease on one side and a vibrator which you push in to the other side of the material. My pain is on my back. I cannot reach round to fix the material in place. I cannot see the activator ....no eyes in the back of my head. Useless for me...or impractical messy, hard to put in place, impossible to activate.

TENS UNIT
This is great for tight muscles, in shoulders back legal arms and feet. Tens unit provide a deep muscle massage type effect without the pressure of a deep tissue massage. Some will have mix reactions. I used this after a car accident and it helped me tremendously
