This product is really wonderful. It’s very calming. You have to be careful to not take too much because it can cause digestive upset. But if you need your digestion to move, then this can work wonderfully for that as well. I never take it during the day because it can make me too, sleepy. I always take it in the evening.

I get extreme muscle cramps all over my body to the point when they hit, I am lying on the floor screaming in agony. My husband found this recipe a few years ago & I SWEAR TO YOU IT WORKS IN SECONDS: 1 teaspoon Calm magnesium with 1/2 teaspoon salt in 4 ounces warm water. Works EVERYTIME FOR MYSELF & EVERYONE I HAVE GIVEN IT TO! Sometimes I have had to take a 2nd dose if I have worked extra hard, but NEVER has it failed. Calcium flows into a muscle which causes contraction, & is followed by magnesium which causes it to relax. If you are low in magnesium your muscles stay contracted which is worse than death itself! Calm & salt are in my purse as well as home & travel with me on planes & vacations everywhere.

Quality Product

This is the only magnesium supplement that works for me. Pill or tablets do not do it for me. I use it to help regulate my heartbeat ( along with my typical prescription) and so far ( 2 plus years) no problem. When I use the prescription alone I have some uncomfortable problems so I know I need the magnesium. The taste is quite pleasant.

My doc recommended this for restless leg syndrome. It does work for that, for sure, so it's easier to get to sleep. You have to find the dosage that works for you. The flavor is slightly off from the one I bought before, so I don't know what that's about, but it's ok. Dissolves fast, and is easy to take with a little warm water.

I love Calm. Great product for ketoers!I have always done the original flavor.Subjective....could barely stand this flavor.Next order will be flavor specific for me.

I recently started a medication that unfortunately makes me suffer from constipation, which I’ve never had before. I was so uncomfortable. I even did the suppository, which worked immediately. I finally remembered my mom used to drink this before bed to regulate. When I opened the package I was shocked that the bottle was so small. I guess I didn’t read the 8 oz , but the bottle looks so big . Very misleading. Anyways , the morning after my first dose I had a normal BM! I love the taste, I drink it like a hot tea before bed. I recommend following the directions about how much to take . I used a bit too much and it did the opposite effect (although I’d still take that over the painful BMs I was having). It is calming and helps me sleep well. This seller should change the advertising bottle size though .

I like calm very. 1 1/2 tsp every night for me and I am good!
