This is a pack of 12 patches to help reduces the effects of a hangover.The patches are very thin and once applied you don't notice them through clothing at all. The patches stick well and didn't lift or fall off when wearing.I tested the patch on my son when he was going out to see how effective they are. You need to apply the patch well in advance of the first drink to get the full effect. The instructions do advise drinking plenty of water as well as having the patch on. You also need to leave the patch on the next morning as it will continue to work.The next day my son said he didn't notice a lot of difference. This could be because he already does try to drink water throughout the night.Not conclusive enough to say to say the patches work but will give them another try next time.

These patches are easy to use and super sticky. They are in a pale skin colour so can be worn discretely. They need to be applied before drinking starts and you are encouraged to drink water in between drinks. Good advice without a patch really so hard to tell how much impact the patch had. I didn't have a hangover though so that was a plus
