The bag fits everything I needed for school but now I using it for packing my clothes for trips and it's working very well for 2 years of rugged use.The zipper quality is also very well.

I am writing this review after using it for almost 2 years.It's a durable bag, I have used to carry it for my office use laptop, chargers, a book etc. And have also taken it for a two days trip, so yesterday it has enough space for the similar occasion.Only it's Con is the Rain cover, which is not enough to cover the bag, I had to additionally carry another cover similar of the bag's size to protect it from the rain.Otherwise it's a good to go, you can go for it.

The bag is old, damaged, and completely unusable. The chain is broken, and its overall condition is very poor.I had expected a new, high-quality product, but instead, I received a used and defective item, which raises serious concerns about the quality of your service.

It's layers are slim but quality is good and it's usable it's waterproofing is not upto that quality looks are great using it for like 6 months and overall experience is good
