Surprising Quality
I wasn't sure what to expect from this product but it had good reviews, and I had at least heard of this brand prior to receiving this product. The name is what brought it a lot of attention, and what eventually led to me hearing about it, but the quality holds up. Sure, the name is funny but it's much more than that. This would work great for the typical 'EDC' carry pouch in a vehicle or pack but I am using it for an IFAK pouch as seems to be the main intent. I've been doing research on getting an IFAK but didn't want to buy a pre-made kit which are obviously going to be marked up in price, and more often than not are filled with subpar quality items. I've purchased all the components of the IFAK separately from a reputable source and filled the pouch with them. I wanted a fairly straightforward trauma kit, all essentials and no extras, but I ended up adding a boo-boos and ouchies kit because I had extra room. The pouch itself seems to be high-quality materials and I have high hopes it will stand up for years. The 500D Cordura feels strong and durable. The YKK zippers are the gold standards of zippers for a reason, and they run smoothly. As far as storage space, like I already mentioned, I was able to easily fill it with everything I wanted and then some. On the outside you get a zipper pocket, and that zipper pocket also acts as a velcro flap which will expose another pocket. Open up the pouch with the two outside zippers, and there is another zipper pocket on the inside. You also get a removable mesh pocket which attaches to the outside of the pack with a velcro strap. I'm not a fan of the way they attach the mesh pocket because when attached to the outside, you cannot fully zip the pouch. That seems like a huge oversight or they are just not overly concerned with fully zipping the pouch. I will continue to play with how I use it, and might ditch the mesh pocket entirely, but I've stuffed the mesh pocket into the front velcro flap pocket. You can attach the mesh pockets velcro strap to the flap to secure it. I am losing storage space by stuffing a pocket into a pocket which I why I may end up just ditching the mesh pocket if I decide that I would rather have something else in the front flap pocket.More on the inside of the pouch, there is elastic which is useful for holding equipment like shears, NPA, etc.On the bottom of the pouch, there are elastic bands (which are adjustable from the inside of the pouch) and that is meant to hold a tourniquet but can obviously be used to hold whatever will fit. I am using it for my CAT Tourniquet but I'm not sure how much I like it. It works but I might find a better method of storage in the future.Overall, I am satisfied with the product and I expect it to last me for years as an IFAK pouch.

Lots to use this for
The patch is hilarious. There's also a pretty decent amount of space in this little pouch. There's also elastic things for what looks like could be pens or portable silverware or something. There's also a smaller pocket which is nice. Quality is really nice and my husband is very happy with it. I do like that this has so many pockets on the inside and the outside. Very tactical and masculine looking. I think this would be a great gift for any husband/boyfriend.

Solid Option, Have Used Better
As an EMT, I've had a number of medic kits ranging from first aid to full trauma bags over the years. These sized ones I've routinely used for wilderness medicine and short trips. This kit fits about middle of the road in terms of use and quality.Starting out the build is reasonably solid, with good stitching and solid materials. The velcro is a little weak on the front, but not cripplingly so. Space-wise the kit has a decent amount of room, and the set up is fairly intuitive and applicable to many different configurations.Where there's some issues is design of the interior. The inclusion of the removable mesh bag really creates a space issue; simply put there's more capacity open, than closed, meaning we're wasting space when the bag is done up. The designer advertises things like exterior options for carrying CATs, but realistically, these would be able to fit inside if they did away with the waste they've incurred. There are many other options out there that make better use of the available space, and this one could be better by replicating that effort. As a result of the space issue, I've stripped mine down and made a secondary self-aid kit. For highly specialized, small resource jobs this makes a nice backup kit.Overall, it's a solid option, but has room for future improvements.

Nice pouch
I've had my "first aid kit" as a bunch of stuff in a closet, including tweezers, eye glasses, ointments, and more. While that approach works, the closet looks a little messy and so this pouch is here to save the day. Inside it, I've placed most of the stuff I grab on a regular basis including the above items. For ointments I've got anti-bacterials and hydrocortisone. For tools I've got a couple of tweezers, magnifying eye glasses, nail clippers. So this is a great pack for the home or for travel so you can just make sure without too much thought you have everything you'll likely need. Besides that, yes, it does have some SHTF bonuses like the velcro soft side so it can be attached to relevant kit. Hopefully that never needs to be used...

Perfect Medical Pouch
Very high quality, just like all of the other Spanker products I own. I’ve transferred the contents of my 330-piece first aid kit into this pouch – and still have room for several additional items. Made of top-notch materials and assembled with expert workmanship. This pouch looks awesome and will last for decades.
