These are really good for helping you relax and drift off to sleep. They give some weird dreams but I definitely feel more rested since taking these. After a while the crazy dreams subsided. Have reordered so definitely liking these

Second time purchasing this product. It takes a few weeks of repeated use 30-60 minutes before bed but I’ve noticed a huge difference in how I fall asleep and the quality of sleep that I get. One of the best supplements that I’ve tried.

Bought it for myself and then my non-health conscious, non water drinking husband ate most of them. They are very nice tasting. He even asked me to buy them again. Could definitely feel the difference although wasn’t ground breaking. Will buy again… for the husband.

They are not bad, but I would recommend checking the dosage as you need 2 tablets a day, which is not the best deal.

I’ve had two or three bottles of these gummy’s so far and do feel as though they have made some improvement to my nail strength overall. They are actually quite nice to eat so just two a day is the recommended dose. They are now on my monthlysubscription.
