The setup was super easy, and it's really comfortable too.In practice, the chair is both sturdy and simple to adjust for different clients. What I love most is how it effortlessly folds up and fits into the included backpack – and the zipper actually works smoothly! Plus, it's incredibly lightweight, making it a breeze to carry around.Before this, my experience at college with massage chairs was pretty frustrating – they were heavy, hard to adjust, and a pain to pack. This new chair, however, has completely changed the game for me. I'm absolutely delighted with my purchase.

The chair is great and it supports a variety of different sized and weighted people with comfort. Larger people it is a little tipsy so I would suggest advising the client how to sit on the product but once settled into position it is fine. Great price. Not to heavy or cumbersome. I love that it came with the case.

This is very nice and plush. It’s not hard and is surprisingly big. You can choose which colors which makes it very nice and customizable

It's solid and well padded. Just needs another adjustment either to the seat or to the bottom where the legs rest which is why I'm giving it four stars. Had to use a cushion to raise the knees to a comfortable position. Otherwise, I like it. Suitable for occasional home use.

I will give this a 5/5 for being such good quality for the price. It is very light weight and can be carried with the shoulder strap just fine. However, the seat is just a tad uncomfortable for me unless I sit very far up on it, but others who have tried it loved it. The face cradle took a bit of fidgeting to understand how it works, but is fine. I really love the lightweight and simple elegant design compared to other bulky chairs, and the Color is very nice too. It is very stable. Yes clients should be instructed how to get into it properly as with all chairs. I am very happy to have purchased it and hope to get a lot of use out of it!
