My husband developed back pain. Kept seeing this advertised on Instagram. Sadly it didn’t help at all.

The media could not be loaded. I always get cramps on the first day of my period. They usually feel like a 6 or 7 out of 10 on a pain scale. I was skeptical about this pain-reducing patch, but it actually worked for me. As soon as I started to feel cramps, I put the patch on, and in a few minutes, the pain reduced and eventually went away completely. The patch is flexible and feels comfortable. I wore it the entire day and even at night, and I didn't feel it on my skin at all. It adhered to my skin very well and didn't hurt when I removed it. I highly recommend giving this a try.

To be honest, I am put off by how vague the information is about this product. It comes with very little information in the actual packaging, but links to the companies website for more information. However, even after reading through all of the pages on the product's website, I still feel like I'm left with more questions than answers regarding how the product works, what it's made of, and how long it works for. While the concept seems great, I feel like for such an expensive product, I really need more detailed information about it before I would want to buy or recommend it.I received the product at the tail end of my most recent menstrual cycle, and while I wore it the last two (out of 4) days I was menstruating, I didn't really notice a significant differences in my pain/cramping than usual. I will say that I do tend to have worse cramps before and at the beginning of my cycle, so I will try it again next month at the start of my cycle and update this review if I do notice more of a difference in my pain.Another con, is I don't particularly like the way it smells. The band itself has a chemically odor, and I typically am pretty cognizant about ingredients of products I put on my skin, but I wasn't able to find any information on the packaging or the website that tells me exactly what this product is made of.I also am a bit confused by the guaranteed to work for 365 days claim. I would honestly hope that a product this expensive would last longer than that, but the way the website reads sounds like it's only expected to last a year. If that is the case, I'm less inclined to recommend it, because I feel like if I'm investing over $150 in a product, I would want it to last multiple years.

The Jovi Band Wellness Patch for Women was invented as a Natural Relief for Menstrual Discomfort. And I’m sure it is effective for that issue. But it is also a great pain relief for sore joints and muscles. It’s so functional, discreet & comfortable to wear. The size is perfect for wearing under clothes and the is no odor. This is a great product. Recommended.

Got the "Jovi Band Wellness Patch for Women" for my wife based on the flashy ads on Instagram. The product came well packaged but we were hoping to see more information on what was being added to her body. We searched the internet and there were no answers. My wife refused to use the patch even on a trial basis without knowing the ingredients. You might wonder why we are hesitant but adding such unknown products could lead to other silent issues including cancer.Not sure why so much mystery in the product which is sold at an expensive price of $159.99 for a single patch at the time of the review. The single patch is supposed to last one year but there is no information if it can be actively used for 365 days or just 3-5 days per month.The product does not have any FDA or other agency approval either. Agency approval basically provides testimony that the product was reviewed by a panel of experts with scientific data behind the use.

Does not work.

Having menstrual pains is no joke, especially when they have you in a fetal position just for comfort. Normal over the counter medicines don't help but to my surprise this totally works! And to think all it takes is a simple patch that you can position yourself. It even comes with extra adhesive for extra longevity of this product. Overall a solid choice for menstrual pains :)

My sister uses the round version of this Jovi sticker and swears by it. My wife experiences a larger, daily, continuous area of muscle pain (not menstrual) so we figured we’d try this strip version. The adhesive sticker was a little frustrating to figure out but after doing it once, subsequent applications should be easier. My wife wore it overnight without any application discomfort or adhesive irritation. In the morning she asked me to take it off cuz her back wasn’t hurting at the moment and she didn’t think she needed the sticker anymore. I laughed when she said it because I responded - “you don’t hurt anymore because of the strip!” She just kind of looked at me like a deer in headlights and started to chuckle and actually agreed that maybe she wasn’t hurting because of it. Well…she’s asked to wear it every evening/night for the past 4 nights and we both feel like it is working. I can’t say if it actually disrupts pain receptors as advertised or if it’s just a placebo effect. Either way…it works to reduce her pain and she plans on continuing to use it.My biggest complaint after using it for several weeks now is the adhesive. It doesn’t last very long….maybe 4 or 5 applications if you’re lucky. There are so many other silicone “renewable” adhesives out there that reactivate with a mild soap and water wash that I don’t understand why Jovi can’t use something like that. The product is expensive enough without needing to worry about purchasing additional products to keep it working as it should. I’ve downgraded my original review from 4 to 3 stars for that aspect alone. Otherwise, it’s a great product and works for my wife.
