To apply your bible tabs, you may make use of the tab positioning guide, turn the page to the desired book, and then align the tab positioning guide at the edge of the page, put the tab at the edge gently, if you are not satisfied with the position, you may always remove it and re-apply it before pressing it hardly. After that you may fold the tab, since the bible tabs are pre-folded, they can be aligned evenly quite easily. You may also refer to our Youtube video on how to apply the tabs for reference. Yes they are. The tabs are high quality and very forgiving when placing them. I had to replace 4 and they did not tear the pages.
