You can. It's meant for forks and dropper posts.

Q: How much grease is in this container? The page says 500ml, but the image shows a container with 1oz/29ml printed on the top.

Mine come in a large 17oz/500ml container, more than I can use in my lifetime unless it is being used in a bike shop.
